All our pastries are made from scratch. All fillings, glazes, dough, and toppings are made by hand. Due to the nature of this products will look different from day to day based on temperature, humidity, and the ingredients themselves (such as the water quantity of butter or the hydration levels of the flour). We also like to rotate items seasonally so items may come and go throughout the year.
