We're originally from Central California. We had access to great sourdough bread from San Francisco, but once we left in 2006 we have always been looking for the same kind of natural sour flavor. Once we got the bakery running getting Sourdough right was high on our priority list. Our starter was born in October 2018 and will keep getting a little bit more sour as time goes on.

French Multigrain (Batard, Loaf)
A twist on our Sourdough Multigrain. This uses all the same ingredients and percentages, except for there is no whole wheat flour and we are using yeast instead of the sourdough for leavening. Full of whole grains, but less dense compared to our sourdough multigrain.

Vietnamese style French bread. A hint of sugar and generally a crispier crust compared to normal our normal French. Available on special order only.

Pizza Dough (Dough balls for 10-12 inch pizza, uncooked)
Great for making pizza at home. Recommended to have some semolina or cornmeal to help roll the dough out. Also recommended to bake at extremely high temperatures for a short time. Can also be frozen or refrigerated for future use. Available on special order only.
